The meeting was called to order by Beverly Lieberman.
There were no secretary minutes from the March meeting as inclement weather forced cancellation. Secretary Bart Bartelsman was absent from the April Meeting, so Deb Cahill was kind enough to take these notes.
The treasurer's report was accepted as read. Membership was updated by Richard Dupee.
Bob Hanlon stated that he had 33 Young Eagles registered for the Eagles Rallye on April 16. Confirmed pilots include Bart, Richard, Doug, Jim, Ken, Beverly, Deb and Jim Grenier.. Eagle rallies are scheduled for May 14, June 11(National Young Eagles Day) July 23, August 20, September 17, October 22 and November 19.
Dave Peterson from Acton was a guest in attendance. He is constructing a Wag Aero Cubby.
The National EAA Chapter alert requests contribution of a Corsair, P-51 and a P-40.
EAA Nomination forms are due by 5/31 for those contributing to any EAA activieties or events.

Mass Aeronautics is still emphasizing and reinforcing due diligence with respect to safety and security.
I learned about flying
Spousal Minimums are higher for overflying aircraft than the FAA’s.
Bill Greenberg- Appreciation for nearby airports when your engine gets damaged. The FAA is evaluating the use of red and green lasers to enforce the Wash DC ADIZ. It costs about $50,000 to scramble a fighter for an intercept.
Library Display. Doug Stone – looking again at Marlboro. The display has been at 20 libraries. We’re running out of locations.
Air Rallye Date still unknown. Pete Kallander and Jo-Rita in charge.

Board Meeting held last week. Christine, Jim G and Beverly are looking into holding Joint EAA Chapter meetings.

The EAA Chapter has been reinstated to Active Status with the payment of the $180 insurance and Dues payment.
