Secretary Minutes – Motion to approve the minutes for the month of June as published in the latest issue of the Newsletter was approved.
Treasurer Report – The treasurer report was also accepted as published in the Newsletter.
Upcoming speakers – Nick Monopoli, aircraft model maker, is tonight’s speaker.
Membership report: No update.
Young Eagles Report – 8 to 10 Young Eagles signed up to fly this Saturday. Got commitment to help from six pilots. Ground helpers are needed.
Newsletter Report – The next issue will be published in September. It will feature another technical article submitted by Jim Noone. The board members will each continue to provide one article to be published in the coming issues. Richard will write one for the May 2008 issue.
Professional Pilot Series – There will be no meeting in July.

News from 9B1 – Bob Stetson reported the sad news of the passing of both Steve Miller’s father in law and charter member Bob Savageau and of Steve's mother, Anna Miller. Motion to donate $50 in his name to the charity of their choice (the Brewster Animal Society) was approved.
Old Business – Jim purchased the new generator for the trailer and the generator is already hooked up. The chapter reimbursed Jim.
No news on the new Plexiglas windows to be installed on the trailer.

Flying expedition. It is set for August 25 for Parlin Field in Newport NH (2B3).
New Business –Air Day is Saturday, August 18, 2007.
Toys for Tots – Beverly requested December 2 as first date; December 9 if 2nd not available. Nov 25th as third choice.
Yard Sale – No decision yet.
Several pieces of stainless steel (17 X 33) are needed to add a plaque to the Airport Memorial for Pete Callander and Bob Savageau. The names will be plated for Air Day. Motion to set aside necessary funds (up to $100) for the plates was approved.
Motion to donate the proceeds of tonight’s 50/50 raffle ($9.50) to Bob Stetson to contribute to the expenses for the air conditioning of the Quonset Hut was approved.
50/50 Raffle. April Izzi won and donated her $9.50 to the chapter.
