Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.

February minutes read and accepted by the membership.

Treasurer Report. Rich Olsen reported that the February 28, 2006, ending balance of $3,339.16 was $300 dollars less than at this time last year.

Membership report. All of the members with current addresses have paid their dues to date. The last three stragglers paid at this meeting. A change was suggested to the chapter web site to have membership information directed to Richard DuPee.

Young Eagles. March 18 canceled for inclement weather. Next young Eagles planned for April 22.

Newsletter. The next issue will be the May/June issue. Christine is looking for contributing articles for this issue.

Mail-in information. The 36th annual Fitchburg air and car show is scheduled April 23 from 8am to 1pm.

New from 9B1. Diane Darling finally flew with Dudley. Congratulations to both. This step can be a bonding experience if the experience is positive.

Old Business. We need to continue to update the e-mail address list. The trailer should be available in April. Final touches are in the works.

New Business. The May meeting is scheduled for the new trailer, with the new student pilots being invited.

50-50 raffle won by Bob Cooper. $19.00 split with the chapter.
