• Young Eagles (4) will be rescheduled to April due to predicted weather.
• April meeting will be the chapter’s 30th anniversary. May meeting to be joint meeting in Fitchburg, with aerobatic pilot and Red Bull Air Race competitor Mike Goulian.
• New members and guests: Clyde Kessel (speaker) and Paul Palmer.

• Reviewed the plans for the Tues. Apr. 13 – chapter 30th anniversary celebration

• Christine listed the upcoming flyouts.
• Marlboro Airport Open House, Sat August 28, 10AM – 3PM, ties into the 350th anniversary of the city of Marlboro. Good opportunity for partnership between chapter & airport. We gain exposure for our chapter, for EAA, and for general aviation. Airport shows itself as a community asset.
Will need chapter volunteers:
1. Display aircraft or fly-overs – we’ve talked to a few folks already; no details worked out yet
2. Young Eagles table – sign-up at this event, fly later
3. Chapter table – tell folks about EAA, who we are and what we do
4. Fund-raising raffle of one or two introductory flights. Need folks to sell tickets.
5. Concessions – would like to offer sodas and prepackaged snacks for sale
6. Commemorative items – may offer T-shirts, hats, and/or photos next to an airplane for sale
7. Designated photographer for chapter records
8. Tours, guides, security
9. Set-up, breakdown
